Grenoside's very own Gala Queen, Piper, gave back to the community this morning through a hard day of litter picking at Grenoside Park alongside a few of our volunteers from Friends of Grenoside Park.

It was such an enjoyable experience meeting Piper and her family and friends and getting to know them while doing some good work in the process! Piper would like to thank everyone who has supported her and her fundraising efforts. She shall advertise the next scheduled clean-up soon. So be sure to keep an eye out for the next clean upon our Facebook page and we hope more will join us next time.

The bags left at the park entrance will be collected by the Parks and Countryside Team. Thanks again Piper and friends for a great effort on helping us keep up our park!
